We put our family home on the market with Tamara Stone a few months before the snow flew. Fortunately, the Stone Sisters have access to amazing photographers, as well as professional drone footage. Their marketing group was key in the sale of our home, as the first deal fell through (which happens). We took it off the market to regroup during Christmas. Tamara was persistent and insisted we get it back on the market. I declined at first, as I was still packing decorations.

Working with Peter Russel was great. We were buying from afar and he arranged for us to have a walk through via video. We asked Kristen at the beginning of this project to be our eyes and ears on the ground. We were going to be buying our forever home acreage based solely on her reports and the listing pictures. Quite a daunting task but she was certainly up for it. She walked the properties we were interested in...even the one with a skeleton on it (we didn't buy that one lol), she facetimed everything so well that by the time we'd made our selection we were feeling pretty confident about it all. But then she even arranged a facetime tour for us with the seller of the property so we could be even more confident in our purchase. Then she was relentless in tracking down every possible piece of paperwork associated with the property, she reviewed things with our lawyer and basically just went above and beyond all we ever expect a realtor to do. And of course she was charming and funny at the same time. We look forward to actually meeting her in person in the near future and toasting to the success of our project with a little glass of wine while enjoying our view.

Huge accolades to Mike. I bought new and the developer was brutal at communicating when the completion date would be. The selling realtor didn't want me reaching out to him and he was less than impressed when I followed up with the developer. So, Mike got to hear from me monthly asking him to follow up as per my mortgage broker (rates) and lawyer (scheduling). He happily did so! Finally, when we got completion, he showed up for the deficiency walk through and was very helpful in identifying issues that needed to be addressed to help ensure a perfect home upon move-in!
