We put our family home on the market with Tamara Stone a few months before the snow flew. Fortunately, the Stone Sisters have access to amazing photographers, as well as professional drone footage. Their marketing group was key in the sale of our home, as the first deal fell through (which happens). We took it off the market to regroup during Christmas. Tamara was persistent and insisted we get it back on the market. I declined at first, as I was still packing decorations.
“Would we consider showing it? We have a few clients interested,” she insisted.
Because I trusted her, we did… and that night, we received not one, but two offers! One offer was virtual, and our house was a done deal within days, to a wonderful couple.

I had a great experience, Kelsey took the time to show us the homes via video chat as we are out of town buyers.

Working with Peter Russel was great. We were buying from afar and he arranged for us to have a walk through via video. He was very prompt with emails and texts and we felt that he considered our questions and remedied any problems or difficulties that arose. When we finally met in person he was welcoming and considerate and made us feel well taken care of.
