Approximately 2 years ago we started looking at some properties in Kelowna in anticipation of a possible move here. Shortly after we started looking we were given a referral of a realtor to use, Sharon Maslen. We contacted Sharon and worked with her through the process and are very happy we did.

Although our search was not straightforward (we were unsure about a house vs a condo, location, our timing for the move, etc) Sharon was always supportive and willing to help. She arranged for and showed us multiple properties while we tried to decide what is was we wanted/needed. She worked with us to prioritise our wishes and kept us informed about potential listings and the Kelowna market. From start to finish she was always very helpful, informing us about special things for BC, answering all our questions, and if she was unsure, finding the answer and then getting back to us right away, recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, etc.
