It’s that time of year again – a time for fun, food, friends, family, shopping and gifts! Unfortunately, there are some in our community who can only meet the cost of necessities like food and shelter. For those, this time of year can be extremely stressful as the expectations of children can be very hard to fill. If you have any extra time or money, it can go a long way to helping those less fortunate to enjoy the spirit of the holidays. The pleasure of be able to give is the most wonderful feeling of all and at Christmas it brings to the life the true meaning of the season! Let’s do all we can this year to make it a great holiday for everyone!

Caring • Sharing • Giving

In this spirit, we have signed up to the Kelowna’s Santas program this year and we are pleased to announce that we are an official drop off location for any unwrapped, new toys that you wish to donate! Just bring them on down to our location at Suite #202 – 1634 Harvey Avenue  – We are above the Wentworth Music Store and next to the Parkinson Rec Centre if that helps with directions

click here for the map    or click HERE for all of the drop locations   – there are plenty around so it’s really convenient!

Toy Suggestions – here are some suggestions for toys that can be dropped off and thank you so much for your support!

The most needy age group is the 14 to 17 years of age as they often get looked over as being too old for a donated gift.  Gifts such as bedroom accessories, any sports equipment, art supplies, jewelry, board games, books, gift cards, and gift certificates are so awesome for these youth who still really deserve a great Christmas

0-24 months  – Soft & snuggly toys, stacking toys, block sets, balls, shape sorters, and teething toys.

2-4 years old – Building blocks, dolls, stuffed animals, die-cast cars, crayons

5-10 years old – Balls & sports toy& colouring books, books, and action figures.s, Lego, books, colouring & crafts, dolls, super hero toys, Play-Doh, and games.

11-14 years old – Sports toys and equipment, art supplies, Lego, jewellery, board games, books, gift cards, and gift certificates.
